Shortly after my initial energetic upgrade, I was walking across my room when I heard a loud voice say, "You should be a life coach." I spun around, thinking someone was behind me. My heart raced as I realized the voice was in my head. I laughed and said, "That is the last thing I'm interested in."

After my 1st Kundalini experience, I "woke up" to an indescribable level of fear, especially in the middle of the night.
